We've been struggling to fulfill orders within a reasonable time frame during 2009. This is our problem and not our suppliers. We are therefore not taking further orders for body panels until we can guarantee a faster delivery. Existing orders will be completed as soon as possible. This does not affect Gotti wheels or Yokohama tyres.

Peugeot 106 Phase Two Tailgate #16539

Panels are moulded in glass reinforced polyester unless the description says Kevlar or carbon fibre. Kevlar is used for some wheel arches to give added strength together with some impact resistance. Kevlar is a Dupont product used in body armour. It is more flexible than grp and so more resistant to hitting roadside obstacles. Carbon fibre is generally used on aerofoils where weight is the major consideration.In some cases both Kevlar and grp are used in one panel, e.g tailgates.Where relevant, fixing studs and stiffening frames are built in to panels such as bonnets, bumpers and door shells.Grey grp is not very photogenic, so we have illustrated this site largely with gallery pictures of original cars.
